Job Purpose
To deliver service excellence by providing efficient point-of-sale (POS) operations, assisting customers with purchases, and maintaining merchandising standards that enhance the in-store experience.
Key Responsibilities
–Point of Sale Operations: Accurately scan merchandise, process payments, and manage cash transactions safely and efficiently.
–Customer Service: Provide friendly, professional, and helpful service to every customer; act as a brand ambassador for Clicks.
–ClubCard Promotions: Proactively promote and sign up new Clicks ClubCard members to meet store participation targets.
–Sales & Promotions: Inform customers about ongoing deals and promotions to drive sales and improve satisfaction.
–Merchandising: Execute stock merchandising and maintain store cleanliness according to visual merchandising standards.
–Knowledge & Updates: Stay informed about new products, promotions, and campaigns to assist customers effectively.
–Team Support: Uphold Clicksβ values and contribute to the teamβs goal of being the customerβs first-choice health and beauty retailer.
Required Knowledge
-Basic mathematical calculations.
-Familiarity with FMCG or retail operations.
-Understanding of merchandising, stock management, and promotions.
-Knowledge of customer service excellence standards.

Education:
- Essential: Grade 12 (Matric).
