Role Overview
The Personal Assistant (PA) will provide high-level administrative and operational support to the Chief Brand Officer (CBO), ensuring seamless day-to-day efficiency across both professional and personal tasks.
This role is ideal for a proactive, detail-oriented individual who thrives in a fast-paced, creative environment and enjoys balancing structure with flexibility.
You will also collaborate closely with the Brand Project Coordinator to help deliver world-class brand events, activations, and creative projects that embody Weylandts’ design philosophy.
Key Responsibilities
Executive Support
-Manage the CBO’s calendar, appointments, and daily schedule with attention to detail.
-Coordinate travel logistics, including flights, accommodation, transfers, and itineraries.
-Prepare for meetings — compile briefing packs, take notes, and ensure follow-ups are actioned.
-Anticipate the CBO’s needs and manage priorities effectively.
Office & Space Management
-Oversee the daily upkeep of the 107 Castle Street creative office space.
-Manage stock levels, refreshments, and basic maintenance.
-Liaise with suppliers, service providers, and building management when necessary.
Events & Brand Activations
-Support the Brand Project Coordinator in planning and executing photoshoots, workshops, and brand events.
-Handle logistics such as guest lists, catering, invitations, and on-site coordination.
-Ensure events run smoothly and represent the Weylandts brand at the highest standard.
Administrative & Errand Management
-Handle personal and professional errands on behalf of the CBO.
-Process deliveries, bookings, filing, and record-keeping.
-Maintain a well-organised administrative system for quick access to key information.
Calendar & Travel Oversight
-Maintain a comprehensive calendar of all travel and events.
-Coordinate schedules to avoid conflicts and ensure all commitments are well managed.
-Prepare travel documents and briefing materials before trips.
Minimum Requirements
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field (preferred).
Experience:
- 2–3 years’ experience as a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant, preferably supporting senior leadership.
- Valid driver’s license and own transport.
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong administrative and organisational skills.
