Overview
The Office of the Chief Justice (OCJ) is inviting applications from qualified candidates to fill two (2) Data Capturer positions. Overview
The Office of the Chief Justice is recruiting a detail-oriented Accounting Clerk to support its financial operations at the National Office in Midrand. The successful candidate will be responsible for processing financial transactions, maintaining records, and supporting compliance with financial regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive, check, and verify invoices for correctness and completeness.
- Capture financial transactions on financial systems (e.g. BAS, LOGIS, Safety Net).
- Maintain invoice tracking registers and filing of financial documents.
- Reconcile ledger accounts, prepare monthly journals and expenditure reports.
- Provide support for audit purposes and perform ad hoc financial duties as required.
Requirements and Skills
- Minimum Qualification: Grade 12 (Matric).
