🍓 Strawberry Cheesecake Smoothie Recipe

🧊 Ingredients:
For the Smoothie Base:
- 1 ½ cups fresh or frozen strawberries
- ½ cup cream cheese (softened)
- 1 cup vanilla Greek yogurt
- ¾ cup milk (or milk alternative)
- 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- ½ cup ice (optional, for a thicker texture)
- 2 tablespoons strawberry preserves or sauce (for layering at the bottom)
For the Topping:
- Whipped cream
- Crushed graham crackers
- Pink sprinkles or strawberry cookie crumbs
- Whole strawberries (for garnish)
🥣 Instructions:
- Prepare the Glasses
- Spoon about 1 tablespoon of strawberry preserves into the bottom of each glass.
- Optionally, drip a bit of melted white chocolate or vanilla frosting around the rim of the glass.
- Blend the Smoothie
- In a blender, combine strawberries, cream cheese, Greek yogurt, milk, honey, vanilla extract, and ice (if using).
- Blend until smooth and creamy.
- Assemble
- Pour the smoothie mixture gently over the strawberry layer in each glass.
- Top It Off
- Pipe or spoon whipped cream on top.
- Sprinkle crushed graham crackers and pink sprinkles generously.
- Garnish with a whole strawberry on top.
